having considered case on request of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus on interpretation in proceeding in open court, established:

The Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus appealed to Economic Court with request in which, referring to that circumstance that the Protocol to the Agreement on the amount of the state tax and procedure for its collection by consideration of economic disputes between subjects of managing of the different states of December 24, 1993 signed in Minsk on July 1, 2001 and which changed the amount of the state tax became effective only for two states which signed it it asks to explain:

For what rates the state fee shall be paid with the subjects of managing in case of the appeal to economic (economic) courts of the State Parties of the Agreement which did not perform at the time of submission of the action for declaration the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the Protocol to the Agreement on the amount of the state tax and procedure for its collection by consideration of economic disputes between subjects of managing of the different states of December 24, 1993.
