1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 338 the following changes:
in the Charter of the State company "Kyrgyzgeologiya" under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 14 with the subitem 6 of the following content:
"6) implementation of actions on safety and observance of the established safety requirements in case of the address with the tailings dams and mountain dumps which are under authority of the Company.";
- add Item 15 with subitems 3-7 of the following content:
"3) implementation of activities in the field of secondary conversion of tailings dams, including the radioactive, formed in the course of development fields, using modern technologies, with observance of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
4) development and implementation of state programs on safe content of the tailings dams and mountain dumps which are under authority or on balance of the Company;
