1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the special means consisting on arms of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Rules of application of special means by the law enforcement officers and military personnel serving in authorized state body in the field of execution of punishments and internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 29, 2020 No. 223 the following changes:

1) in the List of the special means consisting on the arms of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 3 with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) the tear gas sprayed under the high pressure of water.";

- to declare the paragraph of the sixth of Item 8 invalid;

- add Item 13 with paragraphs of the following content:

"-protective helmets from composite materials of different modification;

- bullet-proof vests from fine-fibered materials on the basis of high-molecular polyethylene fibers of different modifications.";
