add with paragraphs of the following content:
"the cattle mortuary - the parcel of land determined according to these Requirements having barrier specially equipped with earth holes (trenches) and (or) biothermal holes (Bekkari's holes) for burial of the corpses of the animals who fell from especially dangerous diseases, except for anthrax or hammered according to the procedure of the prevention of their distribution, or their biological waste;
the anthracic center - the place of burial of corpses of the animals who fell from anthrax or their biological waste and/or the place of detection of the causative agent of anthrax;";
