About entering of amendment into the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2023 No. 408 "About approval of the list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2023 No. 408 "About approval of the list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32893) the following amendment:

To add the list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities, approved by the specified order with Item 19 of the following content:

"19. Regulatory legal acts according to professional standards and single wage rate books of works and professions of workers.".

2. To provide to department of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on supervising vice-the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
