This resolution shifts Article 34 (1), Articles 38, 43, 50, and also Items 11, the 13th Section III "Chemical qualities" and Amendment of the C Appendix II to the Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and Council of June 18, 2009 about safety of toys (CELEX: 32009L0048), published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 170 of June 30 2009, with the last amendments made by the Directive (EU) 2021/903 Commissions of June 3, 2021 about change of the Directive 2009/48/EU of the European Parliament and Council concerning specific extreme values of aniline in some toys.
In the Order of the Government No. 808/2015 about approval of the Technical regulation about safety of toys (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 306-310, 902), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in all text of the resolution and appendices of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding grammatical form;
2) in the resolution:
a) in all text of the word "SM mark of conformity" and "sign SM" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "marking of compliance of SM" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) in the subitem 1) of Item 2 "140-141" to replace the text with the text "129-1 and 140-141-4";
c) in Item 3:
1) and 2) to state subitems in the following edition:
