About modification of the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services

Based on article 3 of the Law No. 234/2021 on public services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 34-38, 34) DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 396), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 6 of the word "the existing labor law" shall be replaced with words "regulations in the field of work";

b) in Item 8 the text "The functions and services which are carried out and provided according to the current legislation by the reorganized legal entities, will be performed" to replace with the text "The functions and services which are carried out and provided by the reorganized legal entities according to regulations are performed";

c) declare Item 11-1 invalid;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text:

the word "legislation" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "regulations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

the words "current legislation" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "regulations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 3:

shall be replaced with words the words "in state language" "in Romanian";

c) state Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:
