About modification of the Order of the Government No. 143/2019 about the organization and functioning of the National archive agency
Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and also the part Item q-1) (1) Article 11 and part (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160 - 164, the Art. 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
In the Order of the Government No. 143/2019 about the organization and functioning of the National archive agency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 86 - 92, the Art. 170) to make the following changes:
1) in appendix No. 1:
a) in the subitem 3) of Item 10 of the word "establishes powers of the deputy director" shall be replaced with words "establishes powers of deputy directors";
b) the text "helps with Item 12 the deputy who is appointed to position, leaves/is dismissed" two deputies who are appointed to positions help to replace with the text "and leave/are dismissed";
