About modification of the Instruction about procedure for acceptance, registration and consideration of the applications and messages on the criminal offenses carried by the law to competence of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine

According to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine", I ORDER to the Regulations on Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 6, 2021 No. 1068, for the purpose of the organization of acceptance, registration and consideration of the applications and messages on the criminal offenses carried by the law to competence of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for acceptance, registration and consideration of the applications and messages on the criminal offenses carried by the law to competence of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine approved by the order of Bureau of economic safety of Ukraine of March 23, 2022 No. 58, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 29, 2022 at No. 472/37808, the following changes:

1) in the Section II:
