About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning bankruptcy

According to the subitem of 1 Item 3, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I ORDER:

1. Bring in notes of form of the Declaration on property condition of the debtor on the case of the insolvency approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 21, 2019 No. 2627/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2019 at No. 964/33935, the following changes:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The debtor submits the declaration in three years (for every year separately) preceding year of giving in court of the statement for opening of proceeedings about insolvency.

The debtor also submits the declaration in year in which the application for opening of proceeedings for insolvency is submitted, as of the first, preceding month of filing of application in court.";
