About modification of the Procedure for submission by arbitration managers of obligatory data (information) on the debtor and course of production on the case of bankruptcy (insolvency)

According to the subitem of 1 Item 3, of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the submission by arbitration managers of obligatory data (information) on the debtor and course of production on the case of bankruptcy (insolvency) approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 18, 2020 No. 593/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2020 at No. 187/34470, the following changes:

to add the Section III after Item 5 with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. Form No. 5.3 "Notification on the assets included in structure of liquidating weight".

Information according to the field 6 concerning the assets included in structure of liquidating weight is provided according to the types given in the column "Types of Property Assets".

Information on each asset is provided separately with filling of columns "The name (description); quantity in units of measure", "Quantity, units" and "Equivalent in UAH".

The assets, same on technical characteristics, appointment and conditions of use, are grouped in names.

If the asset is not subject to reference to one of the asset types specified in fields 6.1-6.16, information on such asset is subject to reference to the field 6.17 "other".

In the field 6.18 "Everything, the UAH" is specified total cost of the assets included in structure of liquidating weight and specified in fields 6.1-6.17.
