About statement of deadlines of filing of applications and the limiting amounts of grants in the new edition

According to the Law of Ukraine of January 30, 2023 No. 8399 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" and the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:

1. State the deadlines of filing of applications and the limiting amounts of grants approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2022 at No. 840/38176 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 10, 2023 No. 7785), in the new edition, which is applied.

2. To provide to development department of real production sector submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
