Based on Item (2) article 8 of the Law No. 382/1999 on turnover of narcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 73-77, 339), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the tables and lists of the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1088/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 186-188, 1278), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) change is made only in the text in Romanian;

2) in the table I:

a) state the name in the following edition:

"The narcotic substances, psychotropic substances and their analogs which are not used in the medical purposes";

b) in the list No. 1 the text:
