Art. I. - Article 181-2 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (6) the following content:

Art. II. - Article 270-1 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122/2003 (repeated publication: 2013, 699), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 248-251, in the following edition:

"Article 270-1. Competence of Anti-corruption prosecutor's office

(1) the Anti-corruption prosecutor's office performs criminal prosecution on the crimes provided by Articles 324-335-1 and part (2) article 352-1 of the Criminal code No. 985/2002:

1) if they are made:

a) person, the procedure for appointment or election of which is regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, except for local elected persons, others what specified in the subitem b);

b) primaram and deputies of primar, local advisers of municipiums of Chisinau, Belts, Kakhul, Comrat and Bender;

c) person who enters position by appointment or election as Parliament, the President of the Republic of Moldova or the Government;

d) state employees-upper managers;

e) judicial inspectors of Judicial inspection or inspectors of Inspection of prosecutors;

f) the secretary of the Supreme council of safety, the chief of General staff of National army, other persons holding responsible positions in the General Staff of Armed forces and also persons having military rank of the general or the special rank corresponding to it;

g) deputy director of the State Tax Administration;
