About suspension of action of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against crime regarding the relations of the government of Ukraine with the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus
Due to the basic change of circumstances the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Stop action of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against crime made on November 25, 1998 in Moscow regarding the relations of the Government of Ukraine with the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to notify to depositary on suspension of operation of the Agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution regarding the relations of the Government of Ukraine with the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
