I ORDER:

1. Make changes and additions the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 2014 No. 862 "About approval of Rules of state registration and accounting of separate types of vehicles on vehicle identification number, training of drivers of motorized vehicles, acceptance of examinations and issue of car driver licenses" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10056, it is published on January 21, 2015 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper) to make the following changes:

In Rules of state registration and accounting of separate types of the vehicles on vehicle identification number approved by the specified order:

"6) primary vehicle registration – the state registration of the vehicle for the first time performed in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For receipt of the state service physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel) having permanent or temporary registration of the residence (place of registration) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan represent document package according to Item 8 of the Standard of the state service "State Registration, Accounting and Removal from Accounting of Separate Types of Vehicles on Vehicle Identification Number, and also Issues of the Registration Certificate of Vehicles and the State Registration Registration Plates" according to appendix 1 to these rules (dalee-Standart on state registration) through branches of State corporation or through the portal of "the electronic government" (further – PEP) where the state services are territorial subdivisions of Department of Internal Affairs (further – the Service provider).

70. Vehicles (further – TS) are registered behind physical persons in the place of their permanent registration of the residence. State registration of vehicles for legal entities is made according to their registered legal address, and behind branches and representations in the place of their registration.

71. The state service, except for removals from accounting of TS, appears for a fee. The state fees and the fees are paid according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (further – the Tax code).

72. Acceptance of document package and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through:
