About modification of some regulations (in the field of use of lands and irrigating and drainage systems)

The government DECIDES:

1. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 707/1993 about approval of the provisions "About Lands of the Industry, Transport, Communication, Defense and Other Special Purpose" and "About Transfer of the Irrigated and Drained Lands in Category Not Irrigated and Write-off of Meliorative Systems" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1993, No. 11, of the Art. 366), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text:

a) shall be replaced with words the words "meliorative system" in any grammatical form "irrigation system" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) changes are made to the text in Romanian;

To replace 2) in Item 8 of the word of "administrative authority on water resources management" with the text of "the administrative authority responsible for realization of state policy in the field of land reclamation (hydromelioration)";

Item 10 to state 3) in the following edition:

"10. Irrigating systems represent the isolated hydraulic networks consisting of pumping points, channels, water supply systems, water storage basins and hydrants which are used for water intake from the rivers or reservoirs and its giving to the parcel of land for its irrigation. They include also adjacent lands intended for protection of irrigational infrastructure, power line, sidings, and also the buildings, infrastructure and the other equipment necessary for operation, content and repair of irrigating system. The irrigating system includes also adjoining drying network.";
