For preparation for consideration of question of explanation of the resolution, the conclusion of the Constitutional Court if there are no explicit bases for refusal in satisfaction of the petition for decision explanation, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court charges, as a rule, to the judge-speaker to study the petition for explanation of the resolution, the conclusion and to report on it in meeting of the Constitutional Court.".

2. The change in Regulations of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation made by this Decision becomes effective from the date of adoption of this Decision.
