About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 5:

exclude the concept "taximeter";

in the concepts "ticket" and "luggage ticket" of the word "with fiscal memory" to exclude;

after the concept "electronic system of weighing in movement" to add Article with the following concept:

"electronic system (platform) of management - the program and/or appendix for placement/booking and/or payments for rendering services in taxi motor transportation transportations;".

2. In part (Article 45 of the word "three years." shall be replaced with words 1) "five years.".

3. C) of Article 58 to declare Item invalid.

4. In Item c) of Article 61 of the word "in the national and/or international communication, on circumstances;" shall be replaced with words "in the international message;".

5. Item е) Article 73 to declare invalid.

6. In Article 80:

"(3) the Cost of taxi motor transportation transportation, except for orders which are placed with use of electronic systems (platforms) of management connected to control cash equipment of modular type is established by summing of rates for distance for the flight and/or time of the parking measured by the control and cash equipment which underwent metrological checking being in equipment of the corresponding car, and also rate for rendering additional services.";
