1. Approve the List of medicines, including the list of the medicines appointed according to the decision of the medical commission of treatment and prevention facilities providing with which is performed according to standards of medical care according to recipes of the doctor (paramedic) when rendering the government public assistance in type of set of social services, according to appendix.
2. Recognize as N601 "About Approval of the List of Medicines" which voided orders of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2005 (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 29, 2005 N 7052), of May 2, 2006 N324 "About Modification of the List of Medicines" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 16, 2006 N 7840).
3. This order comes into effect since November 1, 2006.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of health care and social development of the Russian Federation V. I. Skvortsova.
