In paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 6 of the word "Article 14" shall be replaced with words 1) "paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 14";

The seventeenth Item 1 of Article 9 of the word "Article 14" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 14";

3) in Article 14:
