66) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"66) development of procedure for registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
add with subitem 66-1) of the following content:
"66-1) development and approval of samples of diplomatic and office passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and requirements to their protection;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
