According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:

1. In paragraph three of Item 14 of the Section II of the Procedure for establishment of the most admissible levels of remaining balance of pesticides on foodstuff and sterns of the plant and animal origin approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 04, 2023 No. 625, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 26, 2023 at No. 887/39943, of figure "23" to replace with figure "2".

2. (Alexey Danilenko) to provide to department of public health:

1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after implementation of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine main thing of the state health officer of Ukraine Igor Kuzin.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
