About introduction of amendments to the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2023 No. 357/2022
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2023 No. 357/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 435-437, 803), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In Article of 1 figure "38680604,7" to replace in both cases with figures of "38833562,5".
2. Add the law with article 15 of the following content:
"St. 15. - The national cash desk of social insurance is granted the right to bring into accord indicators of the budget of the national social insurance, in case of additional allocation of the current transfers of special purpose by the Ministry of Finance between the government budget and the budget of the national social insurance, for the purpose of increase in the size of benefits within the actions "Provision of compensation for energy in the form of money payment.".
3. State appendices 1 and 2 in the following edition:
