About modification of some regulations (labor market)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment No. 105/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. The changes provided by this Item concern only the text in Romanian.
2. In Article 3:
in the concept "insurance on unemployment" of the word "can not perform work according to the preparation" shall be replaced with words "did not reveal the suitable workplace corresponding to its preparation";
exclude the concept "suitable workplace";
state the concept "adaptation of workplace" of the following edition:
"adaptation of workplace - set of actions taken by the employer for assistance to implementation of right to work and to performance improvement of work on workplace of person with limited opportunities taking into account individual needs of the corresponding person for accomplishment of job responsibilities, by means of equipment of workplace devices and the equipment for access, by employment of support personnel and adaptation of space;";
add Article with concepts of the following content:
"mobile group - functional component of territorial subdivision of employment of the population which purpose is implementation of departures to settlements of the respective area for implementation of measures for assistance of employment of the population;
profiling - activities by means of which the National agency determines profile of the registered unemployed person and carries it to one of employment opportunity levels: low, average or high.".
3. In Article 10:
Item h) parts (to state 5) in the following edition:
"h) approval of annual plans of activities of territorial subdivisions, monitoring and control of their accomplishment;";
