About modification of some regulations (increase in efficiency of mechanisms of management process)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on ensuring activities of the President of the Republic of Moldova No. 1111/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 16-17, 180), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item f) Article 12 to declare invalid.

2. Recognize Article 15 invalid.

Art. II. - In the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 199/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 194-196, 637), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1-1) Article 12 of the word of "state secretary", shall be replaced with words "the state secretary of the Government / the state secretary,".

"a) coordinates determination of tasks and strategic directions of activities of the ministry according to the spheres of activity established by the minister;

2. Part (Article 13 to add 3) with the Item g-1) of the following content:

"g-1) renders assistance to the minister in the organization of system of internal managerial supervision;".
