About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Parts (3) and (Article 340 to state 4) in the following edition:
"(3) Subjects of the taxation pay collection for date of passing of annual periodic technical inspection of the vehicle if before this date collection was not paid.
(4) Periodic technical inspection of the vehicle is performed only in case of presentation of the payment document confirming payment of collection the current year.".
2. In parts (9) and (10) Article 341 of the word "obligatory technical testing" shall be replaced with words "periodic technical inspection" in the corresponding case.
3. In Article 342:
part (to state 3) in the following edition:
"(The Companies performing periodic technical inspection of vehicles shall record 3) the vehicles which had periodic technical inspection and to send to the Agency of the state services information necessary for entering into the State register of vehicles (G contour - "Accounting of execution of the tax legislation")".;
in part (words of "The state register of transport" shall be replaced with words 4) "The state register of vehicles".
4. In part (2) Article 342-1 of the word "obligatory technical inspection" shall be replaced with words "periodic technical inspection".
Art. II. - In part (8) Article 20 and Item е) parts (1) Article 184-1 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes, the words "State Register of Transport" shall be replaced with words "The state register of vehicles" in the corresponding case.
