About modification of the Regulations on implementation of transactions with currency values

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 27 of the Section IV of the Provisions on implementation of transactions with currency values approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 02, 2019 No. 2 (with changes), after subitem 3-1 to add with new subitem 3-2 of the following content:

"3-2) transactions between the operator of system of transfer of electrical energy who conforms to requirements of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", and nonresidents according to the contribution agreements in distribution of handling capacity signed with the purpose of participation in auctions for distribution of handling capacity of the interstate sections performed according to article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy";".
