About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 264 "About approval of Rules of domestic trade"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2015 No. 264 "About approval of Rules of domestic trade" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11148) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of domestic trade approved by the specified order:

"35-1) upgrade of the trade market - complex of actions of the operational indicators of stationary or non-stationary shopping facilities directed to reduction, except for mobile shops, in compliance with modern requirements and technologies of operation of object by installation and construction works, reorganization, reconstruction of the operating building or construction of the new building in the existing territory borders;";

56) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"56) goods quality (works, services) - set of the characteristics of goods (work, service) relating to its capability to satisfy needs of the consumer;";

63) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"63) domestic trade - the business activity of physical persons and legal entities directed to implementation of purchase and sale of goods in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

add with Item 33-1 of the following content:

"33-1. The owner of the trade market performs upgrade according to requirements the established Construction regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan 1.04-26-2022 "Reconstruction, capital and running repair of civil, factory buildings and constructions".".

2. To provide to committee of trade of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
