In the country the system of provision of the state services to elderly citizens, the families which lost the supporter and incapacitated persons is step by step reformed, consecutive reforms on further improvement of quality of the provided state services to destination of pensions to citizens, and also elimination of excessive bureaucratic barriers are performed.

In particular, practice of purpose of four types of social payments to citizens in pro-active form without their address, two types of social payments - in composite form, and also four more types of social payments - without reclamation of additional documents, on the basis of presentation only of the passport is implemented.

For the purpose of further improvement of quality of the provided state services with active implementation of modern information technologies in system of award of pension to the population:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministries of Justice and the Ministries of digital technologies about implementation of the following procedures in practice of purpose of national pensions to citizens:

a) since January 1, 2024:

citizens for purpose of national pensions in addition to the operating procedure are granted the right also to address at will through the Centers of the state services or the Single portal of interactive state services;

after purpose of national pensions to citizens the possibility of receipt of means by them on individual accumulation retirement accounts through the Single portal of interactive state services or mobile application of JSC Hulk banki is created.

At the same time the procedure for issue of the off-budget Pension fund by district (city) departments under the Ministry of Economics and finance (further - the Pension fund) the certificate on the right of receipt of means on the individual accumulation retirement account is cancelled;
