About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" and some laws of Ukraine concerning change of the status and procedure for forming of service of disciplinary inspectors of the Supreme council of justice

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with the following changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 150:

"5. The size of official pay rate of the employee of the secretariat of the Supreme council of justice, the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine, Public judicial administration of Ukraine, the central governing body of Service of judicial protection which position is carried to the lowest position of public service under the terms of compensation is established at the level of the corresponding worker of the office of the Supreme Court, except the cases provided by part nine of this Article, and the employee of territorial administration of Public judicial administration of Ukraine, the employee of territorial subdivision of Service of judicial protection - at the level of the corresponding worker of the office of Appeal Court";
