About prolongation of operation of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2021 "About application of special measures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128
1. Extend till December 31, 2024 inclusive action of Items 2 and 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2021 No. 240 "About application of special measures".
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade, the State Customs Committee together with another interested to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 5, 2023.
