1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions" the following changes:

the second Item 2 before the words "in part" to add part with the words "and other legal acts";

in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by this resolution:

part the second Item 26 after the word "nationality" to add with words "(citizenship) (further, unless otherwise specified, - nationality)";

to exclude from part one of Item 33-1 of the word of "the state land cadastre";

to add part one of Item 78 with words ", nationality represented";

in part four of Item 167 of the word of "justice departments of regional executive committees, Mingorispolkom" shall be replaced with words "head departments of justice regional (The Minsk city) executive committees (further - justice departments)";

the second Item 173 to state part in the following edition:

"The notary can draw up the personal record of the translator at its written request which joins in the personal record.
