About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About single state system of registration and accounting of offenses"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 94-Z "About single state system of registration and accounting of offenses" the following changes:

1. The fifth Article 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"administrative offenses on which resolutions on imposing of administrative punishment or the resolution based on which persons who made administrative offenses are exempted from the administrative responsibility with pronouncement of the prevention took legal effect.".

2. In the paragraph the second parts one of Article 9 of the word", taken out in appeal procedure or according to the procedure of supervision" shall be replaced with words "appeal, cassation or supervising instance".

3. The fourth and fifth Article 11 to state parts in the following edition:

"The data on administrative offenses provided by part two of article 9 of this Law are stored in single national bank of data on offenses:

three years after the end of execution of the main and additional administrative punishments, but not over ten years from the date of imposing of administrative punishment;

three years from the date of release from the administrative responsibility with pronouncement of the prevention;

ten years from the date of imposing of administrative punishment which is not performed.

The data on offenses which are stored in single national bank of data on offenses are removed:

after the storage durations provided by parts three and the fourth this Article;

after pronouncement of the resolution on cancellation of the resolution which took legal effect on the case of administrative offense completely or in part and diversion about administrative offense.".
