1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16 "About use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment" the following changes:
1.1. in subitem 2.2 of Item 2:
the second after the words "since July 1, 2018." to add part with the words "till June 30, 2025.";
add the subitem with part of the following content:
"Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs since July 1, 2025 in case of sales of goods, performance of works, rendering services accept payments in the address one of the following methods:
in cash with use of automatic electronic devices, vending machines with the established control facility of tax authorities, or with the built-in cash summing-up register with the established control facility of tax authorities, or with the established program cash desk or interacting with the program cash desk placed in data-processing center of the operator of program cash system;
in cash and in non-cash form, including when using other payment instruments and (or) electronic money with use of automatic electronic devices, vending machines with the built-in cash summing-up register with the established control facility of tax authorities or with the established program cash desk or interacting with the program cash desk placed in data-processing center of the operator of program cash system;";
