1. In part four of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" the words "in the cases provided by it" shall be replaced with words No. 714 ", in case of acquisition of raw materials by them, component parts and materials for own production, and also in case of self-produced sales of goods for export, except for the goods included in Items 5, of 6, of 29, in 34-39 and 42 lists".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
