About the additional measures for further acceleration of projects implementation performed with the international financial institutions and the foreign government financial organizations
For the purpose of acceleration of projects implementation with participation of the international financial institutions and foreign government financial organizations:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance on tax exemption on value added for a period of up to January 1, 2028 of turnover on realization, and also commodity importation (services) acquired by state-financed organizations within the projects realized fully or partially at the expense of the public external debt attracted and attracted from the international financial institutions and the foreign government financial organizations and also the state companies and legal entities in authorized fund (authorized capital) of which share of the state constitutes 50 percent and more, within the projects realized fully or partially at the expense of the public external debt attracted and attracted from the international financial institutions and the foreign government financial organizations (except for means of the international financial institutions and the foreign government financial organizations, refinanced or refinanced through commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan) on infrastructure projects (projects on electro-, gazo-and to heat supply, water supply and the sewerage, water economy, road and transport infrastructure, communication and telecommunications, agrologistics, sanitary cleaning, management of municipal solid waste).
