Article 1. No. 4-5, 235, No. 12, Art. 905; 2021, No. 12, h 2, Art. 692; 2022, Art. No. 1-3, 8, No. 7, Art. 441), following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 4:

- third to state the paragraph to part 3 in the following edition:

"the claim - the address in the cases established by this Code;";

- add with part 5 of the following content:

"5. The action for declaration (statement), the claim, protest and other documents are filed to economic court in written or in electronic form. Documents electronically according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, are confirmed by the digital digital signature and are represented by means of their placement on the website of economic courts.".

2. In Article 11:

- add part 5 with the second offer of the following content:

"Use of means of audio - and videos in the closed judicial session is not allowed.";

- add with part 7 of the following content:

Filming, photographing, video, broadcast of judicial session of economic court per television and on the Internet are allowed with the permission of the judge presiding in judicial session.".
