About increase in efficiency of measures for prevention of the emergency situations connected with chemicals of high degree pozharo-and potential of explosion

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of measures for prevention of emergency situations in the course of storage, transportation, use and destruction of chemicals (products) of high degree pozharo-and potential of explosion and operational liquidation of their effects:

1. Assign to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of task on coordination of activities in the field of storage, transportation, use and destruction of chemicals (products) of high degree pozharo-and potential of explosion (further - chemicals (products)), and also on control of observance of the established requirements in this sphere.

2. Form in management structure on prevention of emergency situations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and its territorial subdivisions department and departments of protection against the emergency situations connected with chemicals (products) of high degree pozharo-and potential of explosion (further - department (departments)) within the general number of staff of the ministry.

3. Determine the main objectives of department (departments):

control of observance of the established safety requirements in case of storage, transportation, use and destruction of chemicals (products) by the ministries, departments and other organizations, and also subjects of entrepreneurship;

creation and maintaining on permanent basis of the single centralized database about the chemicals (products) imported on the territory of the republic, stored on the objects located in the territory of the republic, and conveyed as transit goods through the republic territory;

coordination of works on prevention of the technogenic accidents and emergency situations arising in case of storage, transportation, use and destruction of chemicals (products) and also on liquidation of their effects;

implementation of interaction with the interested organizations in the field of storage, transportation, use and destruction of chemicals (products).
