1. In heading and Item 1 of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 631 "About approval of the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of goods using the customs declaration on the form of the single administrative document", the word "on the form" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 10, 2012 at No. 1360/21672, shall be replaced with words "in form".
