1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of December 22, 2006 No. 1179 "About approval of Rules of the organization and accomplishment of aviation works in rural and forestry", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2007 at No. 286/13553.

2. To department of road and air transportation, tourism development and to ensure safety on transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities, the territories and infrastructures of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister S. Derkacha.
