In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 15, 2000 to N1239 "About Protection of Documents and Goods Holographic Protective Elements" (with changes), resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 3, 2006 of N895 "Questions of Holographic Protection of Documents and Goods", the Regulations on procedure for holographic protection of documents and goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2001 N 171, and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the mechanism of identification and accounting of holographic protective elements I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of production of holographic protective elements which is applied.
2. To assign implementation of cases on maintaining the Unified register of production of holographic protective elements to Department on control of production of securities, excise stamps, documents of the strict reporting and holographic protective elements (Gosznak).
3. (Gosznak) (Stefan W. W.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department on control of production of securities, excise stamps, documents of the strict reporting and holographic protective elements provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Makatsariya S. M.
