About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of secret of the payment service provider

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 70 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", Item 5-1 of part one of article 12 of the Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings, for the purpose of reduction of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of secret of the payment service provider in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. To add Item 20 of the Section III of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of secret of the payment service provider approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2022 No. 147, with the new subitem of the following content:

"7) the arbitration manager - on their requests concerning debtors concerning whom the arbitration manager performs powers of the manager of property of the managing director of sanitation, the liquidator, the managing director restructuring or the managing director of realization, according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 12-1 Code of Ukraine on insolvency proceedings, - rather payment accounts of users and the operations performed in advantage or at the request of the user namely the data for specifically certain date or for specific period and concerning the specific user (legal entity or physical person, physical person entrepreneur) about availability of accounts; account numbers; balance on accounts; transactions of write-off from accounts and/or transfers into accounts; purpose of payment.".
