About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2021 No. 2
Based on part 2 of article 3.29 of the Procedural and executive code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses, subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2021 No. 2 "About granting of power" the following changes:
to add subitem 1.4.3 after paragraph one with the paragraph of the following content:
"the vice-chairman - the head of department of possessory supervision and the order shares, chief specialists of this management;";
add subitems 1.4.4 and 1.4.5 with the paragraph of the following content:
"head of department of the register of state-owned property, chief specialists of this department;";
the fifth subitem 1.4.6 to add the paragraph with words "property, his deputy, chief specialists of this department";
in subitem 1.4.9:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words words of "control of use of state-owned property and the rent relations" "on use of state-owned property";
in paragraph five of the word of "chief specialists" shall be replaced with words "chief specialist".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
