For the purpose of protection of the domestic raw market and ensuring stable work of the tanning companies, according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of foreign trade activity", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish rate of export (export) customs duty on the raw skins of cattle (including buffalo s) or animals of family horse (pair or salty, dried, limed, pickled or tinned in a different way, but not tanned, not manufactured under parchment or not subjected to further processing), with indumentum or without indumentum, doubled or not doubled goods item of 4101 CN FEA EEU:

- in the amount of 5%, but at least 50 euros for 1000 kg from customs value till December 31, 2025;

- in the amount of 10%, but at least 100 euros for 1000 kg from customs value since January 1, 2026.

2. Determine that the rate of export (export) customs duty determined by Item 1 of this resolution is applied to the goods which are exported out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and the State Parties of agreements on free trade areas which party is the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on acceptance of the Kyrgyz Republic of this resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers.

4. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on acceptance of the Kyrgyz Republic of this resolution by the Cabinet of Ministers.
