Article 1. 2 1.1. Under Article 322:

1.1.1. 324.3. Without card of the omission officials are fined for the organization of freight and irregular passenger traffic by carrier in the amount of three hundred manats, and legal entities - in the amount of one thousand two hundred manats.

324.4. For freight and irregular passenger traffic without card of the omission - the penalty in the amount of 3 fifty manats is imposed.

324.5. Officials without the conclusion of the contract for regular intracity (raionwide), long-distance (interdistrict) and international passenger traffic are fined by road transport for the organization of regular passenger traffic in the amount of three hundred manats, and legal entities - in the amount of one thousand two hundred manats. transportations (organization of passenger traffic).

324.6. For repeated making of offense, stipulated in Article 324.1 of this Code, within one year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment by person who received administrative punishment officials are fined in the amount of four hundred manats, and legal entities - in the amount of two thousand manats.

324.7. 324.9. For repeated making of offense, stipulated in Article 324.4 of this Code, within one year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment, person who received administrative punishment imposes penalty in the amount of hundred manats.

324.10. For repeated making of offense, stipulated in Article 324.5 of this Code within one year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment by person who received administrative punishment - officials are fined in the amount of six hundred manats, and legal entities - in the amount of two thousand four hundred manats.";

1.4. Add with Articles 324-1 - 324-3 and 326-2 following of content:

"Article 324-1. Abuse of regulations of use of allowing forms (magazines) in case of the international passenger and freight transportation

324-1.1. For misstatement, violation and copying of information when filling form of "the allowing form" (magazine), and also for transfer of form of "the allowing form" (magazine) to other person - on physical persons the penalty is imposed on the amount of two hundred manats - officials - on the amount of one thousand manats, legal entities - on the amount of three thousand manats.

324-1.2. For repeated making of offenses, stipulated in Article 324-1.1 of this Code, within one year from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on administrative punishment by person who received administrative punishment - on physical persons the penalty in the amount of four hundred manats, is imposed on officials - in the amount of two thousand manats, on legal entities - in the amount of five thousand manats.

Article 324-2. Involvement of unprepared drivers to passenger and freight transportation by road transport

324-2.1. For issue of the omission by carrier legal entities - in the amount of one thousand two hundred manats are imposed on implementation of passenger and freight transportation to the drivers who were not trained according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" officials by penalty in the amount of three hundred manats, and.

Article 324-3. Implementation of domestic passenger and freight transportation in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic vehicles with foreign state registration signs

324-3.1. For domestic passenger and freight transportation on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic vehicles with foreign state registration signs impose penalty in the amount of four hundred manats.

324-3.2. "Article 326-2. Violation of the law about motor transport operators of the order of taxi

326-2.2. 326-2.4. To the carrier which does not have the card of the omission on transportation of passengers by automobile cars taxi and documents on possibility of the organization of pretrip check of technical condition of vehicles, pretrip medical examination of drivers or contracts with technical Item or first-aid post on use of the corresponding services and also for rendering service of the order of taxi by the driver without sootvetstvuyushchuy card of the omission and the document confirming passing by drivers of the car of taxi of special preparation - officials are imposed by penalty in the amount of two hundred manats, and legal entities - in the amount of three hundred manats.";

Article 2. Transitional provisions

2.1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
