About approval of Regulations of transfer by the Ministry of Justice and its territorial authorities to the state registrars of data on legal entities
According to part of the sixteenth article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" and for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation in the field of state registration of legal entities we ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations of transfer by the Ministry of Justice and its territorial authorities to the state registrars of data on legal entities it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 18.10.06 No. 94/80/5 "About approval of Temporary regulations of transfer by the Ministry of Justice and its territorial authorities to the state registrars of data on the legal entities registered according to part four of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs".
3. To provide to department of registration (Barbelyuk O. B.) and Department of legalization and regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories (Semerkin O. M.) this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes and amendments).
4. To department of registration (Barbelyuk O. B.) to bring this order to the attention of heads of representative offices of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol.
