Based on part (1) Article 2 and parts (1) and (3) article 16 of the Law No. 71/2007 on registers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, and Item d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 169/2021 about the State register of public services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 230-237, 436), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. To provide to suppliers of electronic public services their provision by means of implementation of single window with use for this government portal of public services within the Information system "State Register of Public Services" according to part (4) article 16 of the Law No. 234/2021 on public services.";

b) in Item 9 of the word "To autonomous public bodies and" to exclude;

c) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Provisions of this resolution are applied to organization, abolition and provision of public services:

1) the allowing documents connected with issue, - in that measure in what they do not contradict provisions of the Law No. 160/2011 on regulation entrepreneurial activities by permission;

2) administrative authorities, autonomous in relation to the Government, - in that measure in what they do not contradict the special regulatory base regulating competences and fields of activity of relevant organs.";

d) add with Item 12-1 of the following content:
