About modification of the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 400/2014

Based on Item 8) part (1) and Item 2) parts (2) article 133 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007) I ORDER:

1. In the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 72-77, 399), to make the following changes:

1) Item 14 to add litas. g) and h) following content:

"g) the payment notices created in information systems;

h) information on penalties for offenses provided by competent authorities in the Automated information system "Register of Penalties for Offences".";

2) to add the instruction with Item 34-1 of the following content:

"34-1. In case of initiation/installation of calculation of balance of economic classification:

a) in case of acceptance of GNS of function of the administrator of the income of the corresponding economic classification from other administrator of the income the initial balance relating to this economic classification is loaded into system according to information provided by the prior administrator of the income. In the absence of the specified information the initial balance in system is established with value zero;

b) in case of economic classification on which GNS originally reflected only paid amounts the initial balance in system is established with value zero at the beginning of month in which the added amounts shall be provided.";

3) in litas. b) the subitem 1) of Item 79 to replace the text of "article 16 of the Law on public procurements No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007" with the text of "article 19 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015".
