2. To Federal Nature Management Supervision Service in coordination with Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare till March 1, 2024 to approve the schedule of inspection and assessment of objects of cumulative harm to the environment for 2024.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Rules of inspection and assessment of objects of cumulative harm to the environment

1. These rules establish procedure for inspection and assessment of objects of cumulative harm to the environment (further - objects of cumulative harm).

Inspection and assessment of objects of cumulative harm, except for estimates of impact of objects of cumulative harm on life and health of citizens, are performed by Federal Nature Management Supervision Service with involvement of federal state budgetary institutions subordinated to it based on the state task.
